Help on downloading and sending the Application Form
We have provided the Application Form & Conference Session Planner as a Microsoft Word document and as a PDF document. Please use the Microsoft Word document to fill out and send back electronically. If you do not have Microsoft Word then please click on the PDF document.

To download the Microsoft Word document we suggest that you right-mouse-click on the link above "Download as an MS Word file" and, depending on your web browser software, select one of the following:
  • Internet Explorer - Save Target As...
  • Mozilla Firefox - Save Link As...
  • Opera - Save Linked Content As...
  • Safari - Download Linked File As...
  • Other web browsers may have something similar, please see their documentation for help
Select where to save the file and begin the download process. Once you have downloaded the file, locate it and open it as you would normally. Please fill out as appropriate. If you are going to e-mail the form back to us then when you come to send the completed form back please make sure that you do the following:
  1. Open the completed form in Microsoft Word
  2. Go to the File menu
  3. Select "Save As" from the menu
  4. In the dialog box that appears click in the "Save as type" box and scroll down until you find one that says something like; "Word 97-2003 & 6.0/95 - RTF (*.doc)", and select it.
  5. Click "Save" and agree to overwrite the existing file if prompted.
  6. You can now send this file to us
The problem is that because there are many versions of Microsoft Word it is impossible to be able to open every document, sometimes it's just not compatible, but using our instructions should help eliminate this problem
