Who are we for?
We encourage and assist the establishment of autonomous professional play therapy organisations in every country and support their activities by providing a range of services including financial assistance. It is important that each affiliated organisation sets its own policies and develops the best models of therapeutic play to suit their own cultures. PTI offers a guiding hand.
We also support individual Play Therapists, Practitioners of Therapeutic Play and Filial Play Coaches and Mentors. Practitioner Membership is open, at various levels, to ALL those working therapeutically with children AND those who have an interest in the subject in all countries where PTI does not have an affiliated organisation.
